Sea can act as a neutral, in keeping with the property of Summer's neutrals to have discernible colour (compared to Winter's, which look less coloured). Because it is light and shimmery, it works well on the eyelid if that area is smaller or more receded. Sea appears in the 5-pan eyeshadow palette as well, in the #4 position from L to R, and may be blended with the other colours in the 5-pan palette to create new colours and blend beautifully with darker contours and liners.
A very beautiful way to wear Sea is along the lower lash line, over or just beneath the eye liner, for a subtle, sparkly effect.
