Sci\ART Colour Analysis San Diego April 2012

February 18, 2012 by

It is my huge pleasure to tell you that my highly respected colleague, Nikki Bogardus, will be expanding her now-famous colour travels to the beautiful city of San Diego.

Nikki will be bringing her Sci\ART drapes and PCA expertise to California from April 12 – 18, 2012.

There is one small but. If Colour Travels is going to get off the ground, we will need some help with suggestions for places to host the event. A day spa? A hotel with small meeting rooms? A back room in an office, boutique, or shop? You ladies know your cities better than we can from a distance. If we can find a place that will allow us to rent some space, hopefully a relationship will develop to encourage future visits.

I shall let you work out the dates and so on with Nikki at www.mycolorrx.com . I expect that bookings may be tentative unless/until a location can be finalized.

Please do help us make this dream of ours come true. Nikki is a British native (born and raised in Guildford, Surrey) who now lives in the Eastern US. I am a Canadian who lives near the exact center of the continent. We can cover a lot of ground with a little help getting going.

Please make this happen! I’m a San Diego native and I’d love to make this possible, as I’ve wanted to be analyzed via Sci/ART since I learned about it.

I know my hair salon has a meeting space. enVus salon is located a few blocks from the beach (http://envussalon.com/event-lounge/pacific-beach-events-hair-salon) near the 5 freeway.

Mission Valley is centrally located in San Diego and near many major freeways (the 8, 15, 163, 805). This area is probably the most convenient, and there are tons of hotels on the strip (known as hotel circle, zip code 92108). Popular choices:
    - DoubleTree by Hilton
    - Sheraton Mission Valley
    - Mission Valley Resort

La Jolla is a another nice part of town, it’s a bit northwest of Mission Valley and located near the beach. Nice is actually an understatement, it’s gorgeous. I’d recommend:
Sheraton La Jolla or the Estancia La Jolla.

I tried to include more links, but the spam-bot wouldn’t allow it. Email me if you have any questions about San Diego, I’d be happy to help.

I still think you should rent a huge RV and kit if out to suit…imagine the distance you could travel then…LOL…. I think its fantastic that you guys are trying to reach those in a sci/art drought area….. looking forward to reading all about it.I travelled 5 hours by train to get to see Nikki in London and it was worth every minute of the journey.I loved the experience and think every woman should have one x
